Best traditional artisan panettone in the world
The blue team triumphed in all categories, taking the top step of the podium. Chaired by Thierry Bamas and Luca Mannori, the technical jury, made up of the team managers of each national team, decreed Italy's victory. First place went to the traditional panettone of Maestro Aniello di Caprio, followed by the chocolate of Maestro Giuseppe Mascolo and the innovative savory panettone of Maestro and team captain Claudio Gatti. This success is the result of the hard work and dedication of the entire team, together with the fundamental contribution of the team manager Davide Malizia, the coaches Ezio Marinato and Maurizio Bonanomi, and the reserve of excellence Beniamino Bazzoli.
