To participate in Panettone World Championship it is necessary:
• fill out the application form using the appropriate registration form that can be  downloaded here
• send, by April 15, 2021, to the email address info@panettoneworldchampionship.com the request to participate with the recipe attached in which the percentages of the ingredients allowed by the Regulations of the Accademia dei Maestri del Lievito Madre e del Panettone Italiano must be indicated indicated in article 3 of the aforementioned regulation, which can be downloaded here and on the official website of the Accademia dei Maestri del Lievito Madre e del Panettone Italiano.
