The project
L'Academy of Masters of Mother Yeast and Italian Panettone organized the new edition of the world championship of panettone which will see eight teams made up of masters from every country compete for the first time.
This year the most famous leavened competition in Italy will be played in teams and no longer alone.
The first edition of the Panettone World Team Championship will start on 9 October.
Panettone World Championshipwas born with the aim of making known the excellence ainternational levelof the artisan Panettone by comparing thedifferent culturesof those who produce this dessert starting exclusively from mother yeast, the true identity factor and characteristic of each territory.
